Strength Training

45 or 60 Minute Class. This class offers a traditional style of strength training to improve anaerobic performance while targeting almost every muscle in your body. Timed bouts of weight lifting and rest periods will be performed to maximize both strength and power output.

Power Fit

SUPERSIZE your workout with an intense class designed to provide a fast, efficient and high intensity workout. Any and all equipment to be used as deemed appropriate by instructor.

Inferno

Challenge yourself both physically AND mentally in this high-intensity strength & conditioning class focusing on power, strength, endurance and mental toughness.

Fury

A fun fast paced class where the instructor can use any and all equipment, inducing cycle bikes, rowers (at Crossroads only) and anything else they think will challenge you! The fun here is you never fully know what the instructor could plan for the day!
